Dominic Morrey is the Cheif Commercial Officer of Fresh Food and Comodities at Tesco PLC, the UK's LARGEST employer! For every £4 spent in the UK, £1 is spent in Tesco - Dom's role is huge.
Today we talk to Dom about his route into retail, which started with M&S and discuss the foundations of his work ethic as a working class Londoner.
We delve into Dom's day to day duties and his joy about working in a fast paced environment where he can create change and we speak of his mentoring relationship with Kahvan including some of the lessons they've learned. It's a good one!
