West Northamptonshire Council has expressed deep disappointment at the Government's decision to intervene in its Local Plan reset, warning that Whitehall deadlines are being prioritised over the needs of its residents.

The Community Payback Team, part of East of England Probation Service in Northamptonshire, have been working alongside West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) to improve public safety and create cleaner, safer spaces for residents, students, visitors and wildlife.

West Northamptonshire Council has decided to start afresh on its Local Plan to reflect new national planning rules, address public concerns and shape future growth around community needs and devolution.
