Internal Cover Request

Please complete the below form if you are unable to make your show on Horizon Radio or Revolution Radio or you require cover whilst you are away.

This request must be submitted a minimum of a week in advanced for us to find you cover, the more notice the better.

If you are unable to make your show and is less than 48 hours notice please call Chris Gregg or Nick Lowther so they can arrange correct cover. 

Please Note: You are not permitted to arrange cover yourself.
