-Should we be worried about the base rate increase? -Does the base rate mean rates are going to increase again? My fixed rate is about to end? What do you recommend

-I've got a car on finance which is due to end soon, should I pay this off before applying for a mortgage or would they factor this in

-If I port my mortgage to a lower priced property. Would there be any charges applicable? -My bank has told me my mortgage payments are going up...again! Is there anything I can do? -What happens if I have an interest only mortgage but it goes down in value -I've recently changed job, do I need to tell my current lender? -I'm struggling to get a mortgage due to an old CCJ, what do you recommend?
