Add in financial pressures and the constant bombardment of adverts trying to get us to spend money that we perhaps don't have. So, what do you do? You reach out to your bestie but end up encountering friend drama. It can all get a bit too much. If only there was a magic wand!

There are many simple things we can do such as taking a pause, taking a breath and taking stock, which can take away the pressure and allow you to relax and think clearly.
