However, Yoda said, 'Do or do not, there is no try!' He is referring to committing to putting in the effort in the first place and not using, 'Well, I tried', as an excuse. Putting in best effort means giving it your all, regardless of the task and, one of the biggest benefits of this is, it will help you to grow and learn from your experiences.

Whether you're a teen in the run up to your exams or an adult looking to achieve your goals, effort will help you to feel fulfilled and give you a good chance of taking a step towards your desired outcome.
