A 37-year-old man has been charged in connection with theft and motor vehicle offences in Northampton.
Wayne Townsend, of Hunsbarrow Road, Northampton, has been charged with one theft from a motor vehicle, three counts of vehicle interference and one count of theft.
The charges relate to incidents in October of this year when one vehicle was broken into and attempts were made to gain entry to several others. They also relate to a bicycle which was stolen from Salthouse Road, Northampton, on October 20.
Townsend was remanded into custody and will appear at Northampton Magistrates’ Court today.
