West Northamptonshire Council is encouraging residents to take advantage of free, flexible and supportive weight management programmes designed to help you feel your best in 2026.

Our free Healthy Weight service offers practical advice, tailored plans, and ongoing support to help you move more, eat well, and boost your confidence. It’s easy to access, fits around your lifestyle, and costs nothing.

The 12-week Gro Health programme provides digital or in-person support, guided by a health coach for up to 12 months, plus NHS resources, email support, recipes, exercise plans, and referral pathways such as the National Diabetes Prevention Programme.

Who can join?
Adults living in West Northamptonshire who have a BMI of 30 or above (or 27.5+ for Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds) and who want help making sustainable changes to eating habits and physical activity

What you’ll gain:
